KTN News reports that the minors were arrested at the weekend by police after they were found stripping at the Victoria Park in Kisumu County, Kenya. The group of girls were exposed after people at the park could not take the indecency being displayed and called police. The underaged girls could be seen posing n*ked in different provocative positions which irked people at the park. They were apprehended and taken to Kisumu Central Police Station.
